Features
Swoledex is one app on iOS, Android, and the web. The phone layout is the finished one, including a 320px-wide browser. Desktop is the same hierarchy in a wider column.
The player names the exercise, the set, and the rest that follows. Set done is the primary action, in the thumb zone.
Rest ends at a timestamp. Pause stores what is left. Play puts that time back on the clock. Skip, +30 seconds, and undo sit on the rest screen.
The open session lives on the device. The timer never waits for a sync. A set that has not reached the server is marked Not synced, in words, not colour alone.
The number is computed from your logs for that exercise, the reps the workout asked for, and your experience. It is a suggestion. The steppers and the field both accept a different weight.
Clear every set and the next session adds load. Miss, and you hold. Miss twice at the same weight and it deloads.
Clear the sets, then add a rep. Beat the target by two reps and the load moves. Same hold and deload rules when the sets are short.
Reps come first. Load is added only after the reps are ahead of the target. No history yet means the player asks you to pick a weight you can move cleanly.
Onboarding is six steps: goal, body, experience, schedule, activity, review. Review is where the calorie targets and the matched programs show up.
A Blueprint fits when your equipment can run it. A commercial gym can run all of them. Dumbbells can run dumbbell and bodyweight programs. The score prefers your level, your days per week, your goal, and an exact equipment match. You see up to three recommendations, then the rest of the catalogue.
Names you will meet include Foundation Full Body, Twice-Weekly Machines, and programs for home barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight. Adopting copies the days. It does not subscribe you to a changing original.
Nutrition is a page under You, not a second home. The chip on Today is a link, not the job of the screen.
Mifflin–St Jeor from sex, age, height, weight, and activity, then a goal adjustment. Body fat is optional. A plan you already saved stays until you recalculate.
Each macro is grams and a percent. Custom percents have to sum to 100. Grams are derived from the calorie total. Use calculated puts the formula back.
Log one calorie total, and grams if you have them. No barcode scanner, no recipe builder, no food database.
