Log every set fast
Reps and weight, then Set done. The log is written on the device before the screen moves on.
For the gym floor
The next weight is already in the stepper. Rest stays on the clock. Quiet enough for a gym, with a heavier hand.
Five jobs. Training is the first four. Fuel is the fifth.
Reps and weight, then Set done. The log is written on the device before the screen moves on.
Play, pause, skip, and stop. Rest starts on its own when the set needs it, from a timestamp, not a chain of ticks.
The suggestion is your history. Hit the sets and the next session moves. Miss them and it holds, or deloads after two misses.
Goal, experience, days, and equipment score the catalogue. Review offers up to three programs. Adopt one, or build your own.
Targets in kcal, then protein, fat, and carbs as grams and as a percent. Edit the split, or keep the calculated one.
A closer look at the player, the weight, the program, and the macros.
Player
Each exercise shows the set you are on, the last time you lifted it, and the weight to try. Set done logs it and, when the exercise has a rest, starts the clock. Skip rest, add 30 seconds, or undo that set. Lock the phone and the end time does not move. A dropped network does not hold the timer.
Weights
Beginners add load after a clean session. Intermediate and advanced add a rep first, then load. Bodyweight work adds reps before it adds weight. You can type a different number before Set done. The line under the history says why.
Player copy
You hit every set last time. Add 2.5 kg.
A sentence the player can show. Not a quote from a member.
Blueprints
Blueprints are curated weeks, not a feed. Commercial gym, home gym, dumbbells, or bodyweight, from two days to six. Adopting one copies those days onto your account as workouts you can edit. The catalogue does not change.
Macros
New plans use Mifflin–St Jeor. A saved plan stays until you recalculate. Protein, fat, and carbs each show grams, percent, and a bar. There is no food database. One calorie total for the day is enough.

Spec fixture, not a member: male, 30, 180 cm, 80 kg, moderate activity, muscle gain. Your targets come from your own answers.
Onboard, pick a Blueprint, then train.
Goal, body, experience, days and equipment, activity, then review. Review shows calorie targets and up to three Blueprints.
Use one, or build a workout from the library. The copy is yours. Changing it does not edit the program.
Today starts the session. The player walks the sets, runs the rest, and fills the recommended weight.

A gym-first workout tracker for iOS, Android, and the web. Recording training is the job. Calories support it.
A curated week of training. Onboarding scores the catalogue from your goal, experience, days, and equipment, then offers up to three. Adopting one copies the days onto your account.
From sets you have logged for that exercise. A cleared session moves the next one up. A miss holds the weight. Two misses can deload. The screen says which, and you can change the number.
New targets use Mifflin–St Jeor. Protein, fat, and carbs are grams and a percent of the calorie target. You can keep that split or edit it. There is no food database or barcode scanner.
A session in progress is stored on the device. Logging a set and starting rest do not wait for the server. The set reads Not synced until it is acknowledged.
